The Special Court of People's Representatives, which heard the petition today, ordered J. Narasimhaswamy to be imprisoned for 6 days. It also instructed to return 45 lakhs within 2 months. The court ordered that J. Narasimhaswamy will not be granted bail until he returns the money.
